Course description
Group lesson with focus on band performance at PI is designed for students who want to learn their respective instruments and use their instruments to perform in a band setting. The program has a pre-planned out curriculum to cover all aspects which a musician will need in order to play and perform in the band setting.
Program includes
- 8 one hour lectures focusing on basic technique of the instrument, basic music theory, basic ear training, basic sight reading, chord progression/rhythm studies and fundamentals in band playing.
- 2 one hour ensemble workshops where every student from each class will join together to rehears and perform as bands.
Class capacity
Min: 3 students per class. Max: 10 students per class.
