Our piano/ keyboard teacher Ann Ng is from the beautiful Malaysia. She must have absorbed the wonderful Malaysian spirit because she's thriving and full of energy. It has also shown through her performance and her music. She has done music preparations on live TV shows like Dancing with the Stars, American Idol, the Grammy Awards, the Emmy awards and Christmas in Washington D.C. just to name a few. Ann was also the arranger for "Real people, Real Praise" Christian album, Blessed the Girls' second album "By Heart"; and much more. She's an Asian Christian musician that we are proud to have!
Teaching is also one of her passions. Through her own learning experience, she understands what the students need. She cherishes individuality therefore she knows that each student is different. Ann sees their strengths and their weakness. Even when they are learning the same song or the same technique she creates different lessons and exercise for each and every one of the students to fit their needs so they can improve faster. Piano and keyboard are both beautiful instruments, and Ann is a true artist that will help you to explore the beauty of it all.
Fabio Soares

If you have a chance to see Fabio Soares perform in front of a live audience, his passion and excellence will touch your heart and soul. He had performed in live concerts with audience up to 70000 people. He has toured all over the world. Bring joy and passion to countries and places like USA, Brazil, Taiwan, Tbilisi, Hong Kong, Dubai, Korea, England and Italy. He has also performed with many different artists, like Akwid, Tyrees, Roselyn Sanchez, Jeff Richman, and many more. During his life as a professional musician, Fabio has attended many music schools to continue improving himself.
What it takes to be a good teacher? It not only takes knowledge, experience, it also takes a caring heart and passion. Fabio Soares has got it all. Often times he asks the students what they like to do, how they like to perform the song. By doing this, the students feel much more comfortable and more expressive. Homework become a joyful task, learning become an enjoyment. At PI, we believe that's the way it should be done. With almost 20 years of teaching experience, Fabio Soares has inspired many students and kids. PI is very fortuned and grateful to have him on our team!
Ringo Cheung
EDUCATION: Berklee College of music. Musicians Institute.
MAJOR: Drum set, hand percussions.
EXPERIENCE: 30 years of live concert performances in Las Vegas, big band, worship music, jazz, Latin, and Chinese pop.
Ringo has been with PI since the very beginning. He's a very experienced artist/teacher. He graduated in 1982 from Berklee College of Music in drum set performance, Latin percussion and general contemporary music theory. He also professionalizes in music styles like, Jazz, Gospel, Praise and Worship, etc. Even though he's performed with some of the most famous artist from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, he still plays in weddings and party shows for people like you and I.
When people think of Ringo, they think of him as the morning sunshine that brightens up your days and your life. He gave the people around him encouragement, hope and endless support. With his knowledge and experience, he joined us in teaching. He's a very well known teacher in the Chinese community with over 500 students. Lots of his students perform in different churches. Students love his style of teaching because not only they get to learn what they need to serve the churches; they can also learn skills and techniques to become a professional artist. Ringo has got a heart that's passionate and full of love. He always has a warm smile on his face which makes one of the most generous people that you will ever known. He's not just a teacher on our team, he's also our dear friend and a mentor to us all.
Samuel Mazur
EDUCATION:

LIVE AND STUDIO WORK, in various kinds of music (as a drummer and/or percussionist) can be heard among others with the New Gospel Family, Amy Sand, and the Bill Fowler jazz trio.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE includes playing as an ensemble player at the LA Music Academy, leading drum training seminars and 10 years of private teaching.
Samuel Mazur, a native of France, graduated from the LA Music Academy Drum department (1999) and the Percussion department (2004).
He has been accompanying ensemble workshops at the Academy in Jazz, R&B, and Funk, as well as performing around Los Angeles with various artists such as Bill Fowler (LA Music Academy Guitar Department Head) and Amy Sand (Clay Music).
Samuel brings his eclectic background to the classroom, and facilitates an experiential environment for his students. He values his role as a skilled mentor and a collaborative musician who appreciates the student's quest for technique as well as style and expression. For him, teaching should have a balance of focus and fun, which he makes sure his students will have in his class.
